A message from the Kidquake planning team...

Our 2011 theme is God's Creation. As a part of Kidquake, children are able to participate in three (3) activity
periods on Saturday afternoon. You can experience a variety of activities. To help with our planning and time,
we would like you to rank your preferences of the type of activity you would like to do now instead of signing up
once we arrive. Please rank the categories from 1-9 with your favorites starting with #1 on the form below.

We cannot guarantee that you will get your top three choices but we will work to make sure you have at least one
of your top three. Also, weather issues or leadership changes may result in a particular activity to be canceled.
